What is with all the time share pushers in Vegas?

I just got back from my Honeymoon in Vegas and seriously why did everyone ask us if we wanted to buy a time share. I was on my honeymoon I wanted to see the city Not spend 4 hours hear and 4 hours there pretending to be interested in buying a Time Share when really I wanted to go to all the exhibits and shows. Has anyone else found this annoying?
They are as annoying as the ones passing out those escort cards. They are everywhere and pushy as can be. I live here and they still bother me when I tell them I live here. They say they something special of locals. Yeah right. I couldn't believe walking into the Venetian I was approached by well dressed pushers. I was very disappointed in the Venetian. I usually just look, smile and say politely .. NO. They usually smile back and walk away. The worse are the ones who start asking questions and won't let up. That is when I let them have it … I call them every name in the book and then when I walk back toward them later on they look away and avoid me. Get rid of the escort and the timeshare pushers and it would so much more enjoyable.
