Can you still share hopper passes at Disney (buy or sell unused days) what about Universal ?

Those passes are non-transferable. All Disney passes must be signed by the user now. If you are caught trying to sell any multi-day tickets for any of the area parks, they will prosecute. Trust me, I've seen it happen.
