THIS QUETION IS FOR UK RESIDENTS ONLY
* I owm the property with my wife ( jointly owned).
* I want to sell the property, but the wife refuses!
* Can there be away of selling my share of the property & how if there is way?
There is still a mortgage on both names.

This question is far too important to ask the opinion of anyone other than a family law solicitor. Find yourself a solicitor who specialises in family law. You will have to pay for the advice but you could ask for a fixed price initial consultation to start with. If you can't identify a suitable solicitor then try asking at your local Citizen's Advice Bureau.

Are you "joint tenants" or "tenants in common"?
If the latter, then you can sell your share whether she wants to sell or not, as you each own a divisible interest.

You need to see a Solicitor regarding this. It is always a complicated situation.
