I have doubt that is ,when share market is fall at that time no one will not sell their shares?

I mean no one sell when share market is fall And no one bye when share market is high.So how can we get profits on shares

when the market begins to fall some people will sell because they are scared their shares will fall even lower and they dont want to lose money and some people will buy because they think they are getting a bargain and want to buy shares for cheap
When shares start to go up,some people will buy because they think the price will continue to go up and they want to buy before it gets too expensive. some people will sell because the price is already higher than what they had bought the shares for and they want to make some profit.
In other words, there will always be buying and selling whether the market is going up or going down. Its all a gamble.

When share market falls not every company goes low. It is the good time to buy when shares are low. People do not buy shares of good companies when the share market is high as their prices are high.
Buying n selling all depends upon how much risk you can take.
It is always advisable to diversify your investments in secure and non secure instruments.
