i want to sell my time share in branson mo.what is the best and fastest way of doing it?

I sold 5 lots in that area. I found a realtor named John Wolter who sold them. I don’t remember his company, but he did a good job. It might have been Coldwell banker.

i think they have a clause stating that they have to have first option depending on which "Co." you bought from. when you find out, let me know. I’m in the same boat.

Check eBay and try to determine what it’s worth. If it’s in demand, sell it on eBay or through Timeshares only. There are a few real estate companies online that will buy them too. In my case, I had to "trade" mine in on a vacation club to get rid of it. You can also donate the timeshare. At least you get a tax write off.

There are a lot of Internet sites such as red week.com that can help you sell. Depending on what week you have,the star rating and size of your unit will determine the price you can get. You can also go to the Developer and see if they are handling re-sales- if the particular property where you own is sold out- they may be able to help you sell and probably get the most money for it. Whatever you do- these companies that want an upfront fee to help you- steer clear!! Hope this helps- good luck
