Where are places online to list private company shares for resale.?

I don't think you can just offer shares in a private company for resale. You could do a pre-IPO but you will find there are a few rules and regulations and if you proceeded in the wrong manner could ruin any future pre-IPO.

If you are serious and it is a serious company, talk to one of the numerous small company corporate brokers around.
