Even though they will be moving across the street, the old one to me is hallowed ground. Care to share your favorite story?

Sure!

I went to opening day last year vs the Rays and sat in the bleachers. At the start of the game this guy came up to the front of the bleachers and dressed up in a Hawaiian devil rays shirt, cabana hat, and sun glasses asking where his seat was. yankee fan were booing him and throwing popcorn at him…suddenly he takes off the hat, glasses, and shirt and has a yankees t-shirt and yells "heyyyyy it me!" Everyone stopped throwing stuff for a few minutes and laughed out loud, he said, ‘thank you thank you’ then everyone started throwing popcorn and peanut shells at him again. Funniest thing I’ve seen.

I don’t have a story to tell. But as a sports fan, I’m sadden to think that there will no longer be a game played at Yankee Stadium. It is the greatest sports venue in history and I regret never attending a game.
